Welcome

Welcome to this page where we guide you through how to easily and efficiently place orders via our brand-new B2B platform for retailers.
This new system makes it easier and faster for you to order our sustainable children's clothing.

Step 1 – Visit the website

  • Go to www.ducksday.com
  • You’ll land on the webshop for individual consumer

Step 2 – Access the B2B platform

There are two possible scenarios:

It’s your first time ordering via the platform

  • Click on ‘More Info’ in the menu
  • Select ‘B2B’ or click directly on this link
  • Click on 'Apply for an account' and fill out the form to register as a dealer 
  • We’ll review your request and grant you access shortly

You have ordered before on our B2B platform

  • Click on the account icon in the top right corner
  • Enter the email address you used for previous orders
  • You’ll receive a login code via email
  • Enter the code and you’ll be redirected to the B2B platform automatically

Step 3 – Browse the product catalog and your prices

  • Once logged in, you’ll enter the B2B environment
  • At the top menu, you’ll find useful resources like:
    • Size guide
    • Product photos
    • Catalogs
  • Browse by collection to find your favorite items
  • Click on a product to open the detail page

Step 4 – Add products to your cart

  • Open the product page
  • Scroll down to see the matrix view with all sizes and colors
  • Enter the quantity per size and color
  • Click ‘Add to cart’
  • Continue shopping or go to your cart via the account icon

Step 5 – Manage your cart

  • In ‘My Cart’, you'll find an overview of your order
  • You can:
    • Adjust quantities
    • Remove products
    • Check your total
  • Ready? Click ‘Checkout’ to proceed

Step 6 – Checkout & Payment

  • Fill in your shipping details
  • Payment is only possible by invoice
  • Confirm your order

Important:

  • You will not receive a confirmation email immediately
  • Once we start processing your order, you’ll receive both confirmation and invoice via email
  • The invoice must be paid before delivery
  • Once payment is received, we will ship your order

Step 7 – Repeat previous orders

  • Go to ‘My Orders’ in your account
  • Click ‘Reorder’ next to a previous order
  • This lets you quickly place a repeat order for regular items
